Working professionally in the film and TV industry as an Actress, writer and  TV Host .Known for playing Naomi  in Netflix's Top Boy, a variety of characters in BBCs Horrible Histories, ITV2s Secret Crush and SKY’s Dating no Filter to name but a few. Currently in the writers room for the next series of Netflix's Top Boy.

 

Verona's mission it to offer budding actors of the south coast, the training, information and expertise she has acquired over the past 20+ years on their door step; allowing them to study and learn the ways of the acting world  without having to move away to a larger city.

Workshop Leader & Commercial Queen.

South East London born, Jamaican heritage. She’s an all round creative ,  actress, writer ,comedian and singer . Her Commercial work includes BBC1 Radio national campaign alongside host Greg James,  the star of the new international spot for Apple as Bella from the block, Ebay “Buy a Thing Sell a Thing”, comedy lead for Ladbrokes and Freemans Commercial of Mark Heyes Collection of Love Mark Heyes .  Her stage work includes the National UK tour of Tabby McTat by Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler and the new adaptation of Alice in Wonderland by Frank Saunders Directed by Nancy Sullivan “ Ally in Wonderland”.

She is the lead and co writer of comedy TV pilot "Treatment".Anneka is a 2021 Comedy Virgins  (The Cavendish Arms) winner.

Directing Off  West End  theatre for 15 years ,  past productions include a Pan  African  adaptation of Metamorphosis which starred  Verona Rose.  Nick  received notable acclaim  at the Camden Fringe with his original   stage production of  "  O Jackie " based on the life of Jacqueline Kennedy . O Jackie is currently in pre production stages due to filmed in 2023.

Nick is the founder of Colchester Indie film festival and is preparing for the 3rd Colchester Indie Short Film Festival 2023

Abbie is a talent agent and access co-ordinator for film and TV. After working in various areas of production (in front and behind the camera) Abbie founded her own Talent Agency (The Dazey Hills Company). 

Abbie has won various awards for her Diversity and Inclusion work, and also her Business Management, and is absolutely thrilled to be working alongside Verona discovering new talent. 

When looking for Talent for her books, Abbie is excited by raw and diverse talent, regardless of prior training. She looks for passionate Actors with loyalty, good communication and good personal branding.
